Artwork Requirements

Receiving artwork in the appropriate format ensures the accurate and fast production of your order. Please review the art guidelines below and give us a call before submitting your artwork. We work with both MAC and PC platforms.

1. Artwork must be an Adobe Illustrator file saved as version CS (or less) and as an encapsulated postscript (.eps) file.
2. All fonts must be converted to outlines. Please indicate the name(s) of font(s).
3. When imprinting in color use Pantone spot colors and please indicate exact PMS color number.
4. All Quark files need to be “collected for output.” All screen and printer fonts must be included (font names ONLY are NOT acceptable) as well as any images.
5. Send a PDF as a backup file.
6. E-mail artwork to art@pakcominc.com.
7. Any artwork submitted that does not meet these requirements may delay the order and incur art charges.

Note: Microsoft office programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, etc.) are not graphics programs and are not acceptable file formats. Art that is placed or copied from one program into Illustrator is also unacceptable.
